I looked all over for yoga bolster to use under my knees in bed, but they were all to long to maneuver easily, especially in the larger diameter I wanted to hold my knees up. Then I found this little beauty. Just thr right size, and firm so tthe wieght of your legs doesnt squash it. The great plus is the fabric, which is much more gorgeous than the picture. I leave it on the bed as an accent pillow when Im not using it. Be aware, it is FIRM, also the button ends are decorative, handles you find on the end of yoga bolsters would help manuverability, but this is small enough it doesnt really matter, the buttons look much better.
