Our remote wasn't very responsive anymore so we ordered this as a replacement. Inexpensive. We were given a date range for delivery and a tracking number. The unit arrived much sooner than expected and it works perfect. Right out of the box. Put in batteries and bingo. Good to go. No need for entering codes or setting it up. All functions just like the original. Very pleased with the cost, delivery time and functionality. It was even accompanied by a little card from "Wendy" thanking us for our order and providing an email address if we had any questions or feedback. Nice touch.
