There is no support or padding in the bra section. For it being a nursing bra I’m surprised the bra part is so tiny since your chest is on the larger side while breast feeding.First of all, let me start off by saying that I love Beyond Yoga. I lived in Beyond the Bump while pregnant. Their customer service is top notch. However, this tank is not one of my favorite pieces. It’s very low cut and doesn’t support a larger chest. I am a 34F while breastfeeding, and aim spilling out. The straps also are not very supportive, and the nursing clips feel flimsy and cheap. I will say that I’ve had this top almost a year and the clips have held up.I purchased this top in both white and darkest night. I returned the white, as it was see thru. I could see the color of my nipples through the shirt and shelf bra. I could also see the nursing straps through the top.
